Working as part of Open Science Services Group, Paul is responsible for the delivery of library services across STFC. This involves managing a portfolio of information resources and their delivery to support research, innovation and learning across the organisation. In addition to providing information and library spaces, Open Science Services continually work with stakeholders to develop new and user-focused information services to support research, learning and knowledge exchange. 

Paul joined STFC in 2023 having previously worked in a variety of roles in Higher Education, government and research libraries. Most recently he has worked at the University of Chester responsible for the digital transformation of library collections. He has an interest and experience in digital literacies development, Open Access, digital collection building and research support.
