​​​​​Tracy is the Open Publishing Support Librarian for the Open Science Services Group, in the Scientific Computing Department. ​Tracy's role involves supporting and developing the communication of published research outputs produced by STFC staff, with a particular focus on enabling free and open access to STFC's world-class research.

​Tracy studied English at Southampton University, before completing an MA in Library and Information Studies at University College London, and becoming a Chartered Member of CILIP, the Library and Information Association.  She has worked in a number of different roles during her career, including academic, public and school libraries.  She joined STFC in 2008 and took up her current role in 2017.
