This includes the tomographic data sets generated by DLS and ISIS as well as the results of HPC simulations. A number of software packages​ are used within the group and supported on local systems.

Advanced visualisation techniques are supported on a range of hardware and software within the Atlas Visualisation Facility (AVF) based at the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (RAL).
