I joined the STFC Graduate Scheme in March 2021 with a BSc in Cyber Security and Networks from Teesside University.

I have completed one rotation in the Distributed Computing Infrastructure Group (DCIG) and I am now working within the Project Management Office. My project within DCIG was based around the creation of a user interface for a service called CVMFS. This involved combining several different services and blocks of code together to allow for easy use of the service as well as creating a new method for the upload of images into CVMFS. This included the use of Docker images and an in-house SSO authentication service called “IAM".

My current rotation is in the PMO creating a portfolio of services within IRIS and supporting the work of the PMO including the automation and updating of processes undertaken by the group.​
